My Resignation
 

Dear Graalians,

I Falados hearby resign from the Developer position on 2k1. As it stands right now I cannot work on a dieing server that will shortly become a set theme park for random things. I cannot work on a server that has no purpose, no direction. I can also not work on a server that will give me no joy in return. As a result I resign from 2k1 staff today.

I have removed the 1/2 finished weather system. It had too many little showimg bugs and an unfinished damage system. I am sorry for this, someone will have to create a new one. I have kept all my other things online becasue they were (to my knowledge) perfectly fine.

Birdbird_0: Thank you for hiring me, I did enjoy what ever time I DID have on 2k1 (Contact me when 2230 is up)
Kamuii: Thanks for being a friend :)
Soto: You found a lot of my mistakes. even though I hate having to fix mistakes.
Hype: You always belived me and stuck by me even tho others did not. And have my sence of humor to boot :p
Stefan: Thanks for listening to my suggestions for the new EXE and other things that you have done for me. Yet no one unbanned my normal IP from the forums :(

And thanks to all those who I have missed, you are not forgotten

You can probably see me on Faheria, I will probably be working there more often now That I don't belong on 2k1 anymore. I have reset my account and deleted my name off of the admin npcs and other things. Speaking of admin NPCs I uploaded one that you can't abuse your power massivly on. Yay for the players.

Those of you who want to see me gone, This is your lucky day. I hope you celebrate it as a holiday or something.

Thoes of you who don't want to see me go: I am sorry but I really have no choice.

I will however work on 2230 when and If it every gets put up. 2k2 seems to be taking up 98% of Stefan's time. Maybe 2230 will be pointed in the right direction from the start, the start that sadly, 2k1 did not have :(

I told Bird I was going to resign soon yesterday. And I've decided that I quit when I finished the Hell quest, if SK would ever give me the directions for the inside.

So there is going to be like.. no one left on 2k1

Im putting all the things I want into Fahiera that I couldn't on 2k1, There were a lot of things that I wanted to do for 2k1, but would just go to waste. I acually think the weather system wouldn't be the best Idea for 2k1, Realism isn't what 2k1 is striving for. Rather a fun park with "lots" to do. or something of that nature.

with this and archaon quitting, pretty much say goodbye to all of the stuff I wanted to bring to 2k1.

I'll see what I can do, but my plans just crumbled like dust. Whee.

The reason I'm leaving is the recent changes, they mean that I can go back to N-Pulse and work there using ganis and lights, all the things that we couldn't before.

Well Kamuii for what its worth.. Im still Level Maker on 2001 and I will never leave 2001 until I am literally(sp?) taken off my computer.

I might quit graal2001 and maybe possible graal itself, ive been thinking about it but havnt came up with a final decision yet

I'm not going any where in the near future unless bird and SK both quit at the same time then I might consider it :(

I hate being such a trend-setter.

About five months ago i would have cared ALOT more. But, since I was fired from Bugs Admin for no apparent reason, I really dont care anymore. I can make levels for 2k1 though, if it needs levels people which I doubt it does considering they lost scripters.

the reason 2001 is dying is due to staff leaving.

There is alot of new levels being made at this time. Plus the Level 2 Sword Quest is being made by me and brad and Archaon if he doesn't quit b4 its made, but if he does its alright we can handle it.

At the moment im the last scripter on graal2001, so if i quit there wont be any left

Want to know why this all started? Unixmad firing Godspeed and banning him, then, him taking all the rights from Admins, then, Stefan spending too much time working on G2k2

Then Konidias quit for Oasis, then Fal quit bc he found out how many people disliked him and he doesnt like fun parks (unixmads fault), then archaon quits bc of unixmad saying non p2p servers can use lights etc, then the list will go on....

and Stefan could care less because of his Graal2002 he loves so much...

I didn not quit becasue people disliked me, that would be utterly silly. I did quit becasue I dislike how the server is and is going to be run.

I could care less what happenes to Graal, I just want my god damn Purple Dragon Hat :)
