You will be able to use this funding source after you have successfully
entered your Member Number.

When I got this email, the Graal site said that my account was activated and that I would be able to play, but I can't log in. While this is happening, days are still taken away from my subscription. Credit card statements usually take a month to come after you actually payed, meaning that I would be losing a whole month off my payed amount.
The account name is vovavziggy .
If someone could activate the account or something, I would be very grateful.

I didn't bother to read it all, but try calling the Credit Card company to see if there was a transfer, and if there wasn't, it Paypals fault...

Something like that happened to Me while trying to upgrade ZanderX

Im glad they have pay-by-phone, that makes it so much easier

The ugrade times starts when we got the money,
so when paypal has finished the checking of the card etc.
then it should work. Didn't know that it costs money to
get a paypal account.

when will you be able to order through the phone?

I would highly diggest fixing this problem, or setting up the phone payment system before May 1st.. I would put my money on it that more people would upgrade then

Vovavziggy: Well, it's me here again. As many of you may know, I payed for Graal and had problems with PayPal. They said to wait for a number to come with the credit card statement. I just received that number, and filled it in, but guess what?! My account still doesn't work!

mmmmkay: I wonder how the phone idea will work, how to get the acct pass and username so they know which account to upgrade.

Odd I never did ,but I have had mine for err maybe 2 years and it was upgraded to an Business Account.... which even at that didn't cost me anything , they did though have to verify my address and bank account and such.... I can use my checking account with PayPal and not even use a credit Card. I also have a PayPal debit card , but then again I started with them before they merged with that other company a year or so ago and may have something to do with it.

Did you recieve a payment confirmation from PayPal? I normally get it within 5 mins of sending the payment, but that depends on your mail server and how fast it is...
