it's really just a nifty use of layers and blurring... :p

first i traced the outline of the old one.. then uh.. just went to coloring :D

k then what i did is make a new layer above that one, get out the line tool (make sure antialias is on so you get the smooth effect) then just trace it..

then to color it get rid of the first layer (the paper drawing) and on a layer BELOW the outline, use the fill thingie to color it (make sure the option 'sample as merged' is on) ... now you'll see there're funky gaps around the egdes of the outline. that's caused by the antialias, so get the pen thingie out, put the size on like 3-5, and go around and fill in all the funky holes :p

but iam new to psp7 maybe thats why..
