When all of these people's accounts expire? So many people complain that they have 50 or less days and they aren't going to pay the inflated prices. Is graal dying?

Nono, I didn't say that to offend you, I am just sad to see that Graal is going like this. Let me put it more simply.

Back in November, there used to be tons of people online! Graal was doing very well, there were always at least 100 people online during peak times, usually it was in the 120's and 130's. Now, Graal 2001 can barely break 50 players at peak times.

My account expires in about 50 days.
I might re-upgrade depending on how much I like 2k2.

Release 2002.

There waiting for alot of peoples accounts to expire on purpose so they can make them upgrade just to play 2k2, which will most likely go just as 2k1 is right now.

There's also the fact that you have to login to upgrade now, which most people haven't realized. And for a while the login thing was broken.

As long as Stefan and the rest of the crew keep stealing ideas, people will keep flocking, only for that idea to fade in 2 days.

heres another solution: they raised it 10 dollars for no absolute reason. Bad call, no re-upgrade from my Chrismas account.

I'm not questioning the upgrade I dont have a problem with that in general its that they raised it when there isnt anything online currently that you really want to upgrade for In my opinion it would have been best to wait until after the release of 2k2 then jack it up.

Since Stefan and unix raised the price people have hated to upgrade right? They had to raise the price because of new servers and development on 2k2 right? SOme solutions to that would be to stop with 2k2 and just keep updating that one (at least for now)... cancel player world submissions (and delete the crappy ones... or the ones that get no players). But keep the ones that are up now except for the crappy ones (see above). That should save money enough that they could lower the price back to 27$ you'd think...

I have approximately 3 months left on my konidias account. I will probably not be upgrading again unless something interests me.. I don't like the 2 whole crappy p2p servers up now, they SUCK ON ICE. 2k1 isn't fun anymore either.. it's ruined and no amount of fixing can make it good again. Sure, there can be fun stuff added, but it lasts like 10 seconds. The system (or lack there of) on 2k1 ruined it completely. There is nothing to do, after getting through the basic quests there are no more goals.

Not accepting new pw's is a stupid idea.. gee, with all the promising playerworlds being made, I highly doubt declining to put them online would be a good decision. Take down the bad pws? Christ, there is only 2 that aren't UC and they are terrible. Not to be a whiner, but come on, you're p2p, you're online, DO SOMETHING FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

All the other p2p servers are UC and you never see any progress on them (not saying they aren't progressing).

I mean, sure, these p2p UC servers might be super awesome, but without any signs of progress, who would want to upgrade their account on some pw owners word?

Let's see, what is there to want to upgrade an account for..

2k1 = boring now
Andor = more staff then players and yet nothing new ever gets made
Providence = Being rebuilt? Almost all it's good content got wiped when SK left
2k2 = should be fun, but has the signs of becoming yet another 2k1
Frolic = Been UC forever with only 10-15 levels that have nothing
Doragon Koden = looks good but the owner doesn't have enough help to progress enough
Faheria = Lord knows I'm not even going to mention this in a negative aspect or I will be insulted by their loving, caring, staff

That's all folks, absolutely nothing online now that is worth paying 40 US dollars to play. In 3 months they should at least have SOMETHING worthwhile, or I'm not even going to consider upgrading.

I'm working on my playerworld and in 3 months it should look promising, but I can't really enjoy my own pw and I'm not paying 40 dollars to enjoy something that I had to make myself. :p

Yeah, not accepting playerworlds is a bad idea. =/
It will probably be a while before any of the decent playerworlds are completed, though.

I suggested that. Ok I admit tehre are some good p2p servers coming out. Konidias's looks cool for example. Maybe they should be a bit more strict AND clear out the shitty ones (X and the UC ones.. i'd say valikorlia but alot of people play that one so it's my opinion.)

Or only accept p2p servers that are really good (like Konidias's, 2230 etc)

SK wiped everything he ever did from the server when he left, ne. It wasn't us, it was him, he screwed everything up, so we had to work from the ground up.

Yeah that's pretty much what I meant.. but still it leaves the only other p2p playerworld with nothing to do on it.. and Andor is disgusting with it's waytoomany 2k1 ripoffs and waytoomany staff that do absolutely nothing but sit around and play with staff toys.

Konidias is right on several accounts. Graal 2001 was.. maybe still is fixable. But like I mentioned before, the entire steff of light things, that won't do squat.

NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES A STAFF MEMBER MASS MESSAGES EVERYONE SAYING "OMG WOW THIS STAFF OF LIGHT WILL BE GREAT ADDITION" it won't just make it magically appear. I can't count how many times SK has said "Omg it's coming soon yo$#@" and here we are, two months and counting, stillw aiting for it. No one will wait 2 months for a dumb NPC and re-upgrade for it, even if you run around with it in your hand all the time showing people how it works. I can do that on ghost mode, thanks.

I agree with Konidias, this is bad. I wish Stefan would clear up his own game. But Konidias please do not quit there are still a lot of people who look up to you, and not for gralat on 2k1 or hats but to who you are. Like me. I really want to help with Oasis. So do others. Please do not quit. Give Oasis a jolt and make it become better then 2k1, then we'll see what Stefan has to say about that. :)

my account is expiring in abou 40 days and i dont think i will be upgrading anymore. $80 Australian dollars is just too much for me. If it's still $50, i will definitely reupgrade, but $80 :(
