I don't think he is allowed to review or look at anything if it doesn't have a onlinestartlocal or if it does not specify where to start.

I'm not trying to say anything bad, but i thought you was smart enough to take a look in the serveroptions.txt file :|
it clearly says aramech92.graal there:
