Avatars CAN be added by the player after they've posted a certain amount. Though I forget WHAT amount... lol
I think its 500 or 1000? I dunno those are guesses..
As for moderators adding them, I dont think they can. Im a moderator of the Faheria message boards and I cant add or remove any avatars... But then again they do use a different system, though I doubt moderators can put up your avatar

Well, I knew it took 500 posts for an avatar, I was just curious if they had the ability to add one to someone (without getting the 500 posts).
