Mr. Glub Glub needs help with transparency:

I made my new head but I tried to do the transparency (with Photoshop) and everytime I try to send it in, they tell me the transparency is not set properly. Could anyone help me please?

btw, if you want some other thing transparent in the future
just make the background completly black,
but watch out so the outlines for the head isent
completly black, make it black but a bit lighter ;)
