Staff of light problem
 
Will it be disabled in sparring zones? Because people could just heal each other which is bad for spar rumble and worse for RP, since in sparring zones your AP has to be 99 at the most it will not be so bad since they can only heal .5 per blast but still that's pretty bad and it should be sparring disabled.

It's a little toy that has been finished for some time now, but there's no quest because the staff won't get off their lazy arses.

What is a Zelactic Rifle anyway? As for the Staff of Light, with very few Spells for Mage Characters and NOTHING for Healer Characters, in RP Events it is a nice idea.
