Krynn - Water Boss.
 

Well I decided I would post a pic of the water boss. Each item you get like Amulet and such will be from a certain elemental boss. With this boss you can see when he comes up from the water, you will see bubbles then you better watch out..He can make that water shot go anywhere.

I guess I will post another...Forest Boss. He runs horizontal and when he meets x postition your on he will run straight at you. What makes it hard is you can only hurt him with your sword.

How many elements are there?

Well just depends on what the certain accessorie item there is. There isn't a set amount b/c more can always be added/taken. And some quest will be for hearts and such. Same quest will take alot of thought not like walking around a tile and you get warped real thinkers. Like moving statues in positions then having to add another statue in a certain spot with them if its wrong it all resets and stuff like that.

The water boss looks just like the boss I scripted for my cancelled PW, let me guess, it jumps out of the water?

wtf..Your saying I took you water guy... I don't need to take other PW's stuff. I had Juron Pilo script it, he scripted all my boss. He is my boss scripter for Krynn. If his name sounds familiar he worked on NW awhile back.

I think slat was saying that seeing as how u both had the same boss they prolly both did the same thing, I think he was joking

So there are going to be different elemts you gather?
Do u have an idea on how many hearts you will be having?

And can you explain the magic system how that is going to work because i see a magic icon i was just wondering what it would be used and what it will look like heh

I am not saying you stole any idea about elements but last summer i was planning on making bosses and after you beat that boss you earn that elemental. That idea is long and gone. The bosses look pretty good. I hope you can hide your stats when playing because it might get in the way at some times.

Well i think lots of people had an idea of having elemts because it comes from the one and only Zelda game and graal is based on that so people often look to zelda for ideas and other things
But ya i have another question will the stats lag i mean i dont mind if they comewhat lag its ok but i remember Providence(I want it back up:() has a stats system and lags not that bad but you seem to have more on yours so =\

Not really, what I was saying like there are certain items you can wear and such.. There can be like Posion Ring and stuff..Where you can Posion your opponents.


No idea..There is currently 1 heart quest that doesn't consist of a boss. It use your "thinking power" to do it.


Basically all weapons will take either strength or magic. You can guess what kind of stuff magic will do and all.

No dont turn it into a pokemon crap boss leave it how it is everything looks great i cant wait to see more!!! :D

Hmmm... you know if you have been on Doomsday, they have the same exact boss for a heart...:p :rolleyes:

Yea you only need a single screenshot, that boss is in Doomsday, go on it and ask around... as a matter of fact Craig made it too..

The only way they could have it is if they took it. Either the one person I showed showed someone else and they took credit or Juron showed someone and they took it.

3. There guy doesn't move. He stands there and if you hit him he hits you with a ball and he warps to another position..

Doomsdays is nothing like krynn's..There guy stands there doesn't move. If you hit it with your sword it. You get hurt and he warps to another spot..

You really need to learn grammar. And I thought that Lugie's PW a long time ago on CDA was named Krynn?

There's tons. Observe.
"Your" should be "you're."
The first statement is extremely awkward, but not technically incorrect.
"There" should be "their."
Same as above. Spanky then has a run-on sentence.
This is followed by another mis-use of "your" and "there."

If you would talk to Lugie he would tell you me and him started Krynn....Why do you care about the grammar? My god..

Umm, if you're sooooo picky on grammar, why would you start a sentence with "And" ? Sometimes it is okay, when you want to add a literary effect to your righting, but the second and 1st sentences have nothing to do with eachother, therefor no conjunction is needed.

Most of the mistakes aren't necessarily grammatical mistakes either, when infact they are spelling mistakes, often caused by typing errors. As for the use of the "there"s and "their"s, this is the internet, and somethings are faster to type than others :p.

There are other mistakes I could point out, but I'll spare you this time, lol.

You're lecturing me on grammar? You said "righting," and I don't think this makes you a superior authority on the subject. So, I used "and" as a transition element. Big deal. It's used informally as a forms of moving onwards in a topic. This is an informal forum, and as long as my sentence structure, grammar, and spelling are A-OK, I see no reason why I should change just because I used "and" as a transition. :(

Beowulf, you have no damn room to talk. As long as you get the point out thats fine. If your that damn picky you should just leave the forums because there are tons of people that dont use proper grammer because they type faster that way without using other keys. Spanky has been working hard on Krynn and I have kept my eyes on the project. It might look a little better if you maybe make a new graal body of a monster and a new head for something. Thats just some advice. Other than that it looks pretty good.

Oh, of course, my typing at 90 words per minute and hardly ever making a mistake leaves me NO room to talk. Right. :rolleyes:
