Ok, i want to start out by saying all the staff with RC accounts are useless to the people... They NEVER help. Here is an example.

I wanted to give my friend a gangster hat so i went on 2001 and was buying any color. Obviously i don't know the hat prices, so a girl named Brittney-Angelis PMs me and i made a deal for the Brown Gangster hat for 300g. We meet in the swamp and a police comes. She gives the hat to the policeman, for non-scamming reasons, and I give her the 300g. She says that she didnt get any of it when i even checked her profile and it says that she got it. The policeman demands me to drop until she has the 300g. I drop until i lose 500g more. I got the hat. So, basically i got scammed!!!

I try to PM numerous staff with RC and they dont answer me! Others say they have no power of helping me! Finally i PM Falados and tell him the story. He didnt believe me and i told him to check my logs. First, this happened in January or February, and now its March so the logs have no power. Brittney-Angelis comes on and i tell him that we can actually understand this scam by talking to her also. After i tell him, he replies with a "WOW!". I took it that meant that he didnt care along with the rest of the RCs...

So what im trying to say is that the staff we have now dont care for the 2001 people. They just care for themselves, you see Falados playing around every day, and not helping. I know Stefan is the only one that will help, yet hes never online enough...

You asked for 800 back yet you say the hat was 300..So you basically wanted to keep the hat for free?

how is it the admins concern about your hat?

What did you expect from him when you wait 2 months to tell him? Staff aren't going to help you with a problem that happened months ago. It takes too much time going through logs, and obviously you are unsure of the actual date, so basically you want an admin to dig through big logs until they stumble across the logs of this situation, and waste all that time when you could just be lying or something? =/

From what I've heard, Graal 2k1 staff have enough to do as it is. This is just my thoughts, but perhaps they should make specific people deal with these problems, seeing as there are enough everday to make someone's head spin.

I remember not to long ago, my diamond axe was missing from my account..the staff more then helped me, they got it back for me..Why? Well maybe it was cause I didn't wait two months to tell them, or perhaps I had actual proof, and a witness who saw me with the axe...

Jeice/Link guy, I didn't check the logs because you didn't tell me anything afterwards. You just kept PMing me the same thing. I am not able to give anything back either way. And yes, you did ask me for 800, too.

Bite your tongue, kid. Falados does a shitload more than you could ever think of doing for graal.

Two months ago? Feh. The logs were renewed about a week ago. I don't have any old ones.

When i started graal about 3 years ago i got scammed 1 rupee on Graal Classic can you check the logs for me im not sure of the date because i cant use a CALENDAR :rolleyes:

Achem, when my Kamuii_Bomy account was hacked, I lost nearly 4000 gralat, I believe? I made Birdbird check the logs when it happened, and he copied and pasted to me the hacker's other account, coming to where he put me, dropping all my money as me, picking it up as him, buying shitloads of hats as him, then putting the rest of the money in the bank. He was jailed, but I never got my money back. Cheers Birdbird.

In an average hour when I'm on G2K1 with my Staff tag and RC, making NPCs etc, I usually get PMs that follow this rough breakdown:

6 x "I lost my hat in the market!"
4 x "Reset my account I want to be bomy"
3 x "Someone scammed me but I don't know who!"
3 x "It's my favourite hat, please give it back!"
3 x "Suchandsuch NPC ate my money!"
2 x "Actually, now I want to be human again"
2 x "PLZ give me my hat back! PLZPLZPLZ"
2 x "Can you heal me? I'll give you 5 gralat"
1 x "Can I have the bomy script? Falbird Knight said it was okay"
1 x "U NOT GIV HAT BAK, I PK U"

And that's obviously with most of the spelling mistakes corrected.

Yes. It least I can reset accounts now so I won't have to redirect them to someone else when they want a reset now.

I'm not denouncing all Graalians, though. For every stupid PM I get, there's an equivalent real concern, or one written in a considerate "I don't like to bother you, but I need some help" way. If people ask me nicely, I'm happy to help them. If people get stuck in walls or any other stuff that isn't their fault then I help them out of it. But I only do this because I want to help them.

On the bottom line, I'm a scripter. I'm hired because I can put together NPCs and ideas better than almost anybody, not because I'm a happy guy with a sunny, helpful disposition. You do not have a right to my assistence, it is not my job to do these things for you. So if you do want me to do them then at least do me the damned courtesy of asking nicely and using halfway-decent English. Get to the point, don't PM me with stuff like "Are you an RC" then "Can you reset accounts?" then "Can you hold my money while you reset me?" then "Okay, I got a friend to hold it, reset me now" when you could just say all of that in a single sentence or two. Don't ask to be warped to the Sphere, if I'm there then I'm probably working. Don't threaten me or try to bribe me or ask me for restricted items. The answer will always be no.

And no, the above isn't directed at any one person, and yes, I know that it won't make a difference. Cut off one head with the sword of enlightenment and two others will take its place, ready to join the original when it forgets all that stuff Kaimetsu posted on the forums. :mad:

Although i dislike some staff members, and get angry at their reluctance to help or cooperate, i can most of the time understand why they wont help out with peoples problems (even though when im angry i ignore this factor o.O' ). Plus that guy, whoever he is, should have just made her sell it in the market, that way he wouldn't have been bloody well scammed....His fault, his mess, his problem i say o.O

You all have your points, some staff do stuff others dont. You also have to report incidents immediately. Heres just one thing that is messed up, we have all these Police and FAQs yet know one knows the truth. You ask police if stealing mining rocks is legal and he says yes, ask the other one and he says no. I mean get the facts straight!. You should have a seperate team that specifically deals with public issues, like the old GPs used to be. You had few admins, tons of GPs for all hours. You didnt have 6 or 7 Admins online and the LATS did all the work. The system now does suck but there are arguments on both sides.

Hell yeah, i agree this staffer system is pretty damned stupid. I havent been on any playerworlds for more than 5 minutes in well over 6 months, so i dunno what sgoing on there, but i DO remember GPs on playerworlds, and GPs were a VERY organised, clever, reliable (unless the staffer was corrupt =/ ) staff system.

The GPs on Graal Classic are very organized and deal with things very well in my opinion. Although they don't have to deal with scamming issues and the like, they are mainly there to rid hackers, give back deleted items, etc.

However if G2K1 had the Police with RC I agree... there probably would be alot of corrupt Police. The best solution to that though would be to fire the entire team and re-form it from the ground up. Starting with a reliable Police Admin that has a higher RC than the other Police.

Of course that is probably too much work. It's just a suggestion though.

Um, in what way would they be corrupt with RC? they could limit the things only to make the job easier. And you can tell if some one is lying or not.

I dont go on classic very much. I have p2p so why would I, but everytime I have been on I have seen the staff list empty...leading me to believe that there arn't actualy any GP's on Graal Classic
