LoL Who cares what it is it looks cool, on me if i run graal on full screen the bottum of every level gets messed up sort of like that to.

For some reason your Graal wasn't redrawing the tiles. Thus causing that everything which wasn't in a tiled area got re-drawn. (This also occasionally happens with no clipping mode on older FPS games)
If you've recently replaced your pics1.png it might be caused by that.
