tileset is nice......but it seems to have a lot of zelda stuff....just slightly remade.......and most of the lava stuff is gone....and i will need that....but i could always make conglomeration........

You can't.

Graal's tileset does have some iffy material but damasca's just crosses the line.

Kirath made most of the graphics, but yes, MANY graphics and levels are almost clones of Zelda 3.

But there's no possible copyright on NPC ideas, is there? Unless they call it the exact same name or something then they should be able to get away with it. Sure, it's unoriginal, but it probably isn't illegal (although copying the graphics probably is).
