New support system *might* help graal grow.
 

There are some rumors of a support system that will not just be another system where people can just grab jobs to be admins. The staff that work on this project will be cloaked and will only have a #. The system will make it easier for graalians to contact graalonline with account problems etc. This is only a rumor but im sure hoping it comes true. I'd like 24/7 support that isn't run by immature 12 year olds(not all 12 year olds are immature ; just to clear up any controversy) wouldn't you?

If it is live support it will take quite a bit of people, but nevertheless sounds like a good idea.

But who can really provide any support other than Stefan himself? Even those of us who are programmers don't have much insight into the way Graal is coded and thus what might be the cause of errors.

That would also make people get things like "HOW DO THESE GFX LOOK, ARE THEY GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE GFX TEAM!?!?!"
