Sombrero Hat.

I know this should be in GFX but I need a quick answer. Im trying my first at making a hat. Should I finish this one? If people don't like then there is no need.

You tried seeing what it looks like with the little dangly things that are on them. The bits of string all round the hat with the small cork type things.
