Problem With Graal In General...
 

Staff care to much about what one person thinks about him/her instead of working hard.

Management plays around with npcs and doesnt care about lower staff.

Higher Management is always overwhelmed with work because of lower staff playing with npcs.

New staff hired aren't screened or tested by serveral other members.

Everything is volunteer.

Support system is depleted.

Updates have decreased as i hear people saying on these forums and the only thing that is keeping it from dieing is it's like a soap opera. People are fighting and not enjoying the game.

we've got credir card frauds and *****ic people in general poulating graal, its hard to find good volenteer staff, maybe there should be more professional staff?

Yes. But you need to start out small and then expand. I feel really bad for unixmad because all these 12 year old kids are entering CC'S that arent real or " their b-day presents". Do they understand the severity Of Credit Card Fraud? Guess not....

Also can anyone explain why 5/10 posts are about staff? (thats a serious question because i haven't been on much)

I don't think it's hard to get good low-level volunteer staff, what's hard is getting the good high-level volunteer staff.

I'm so pissed about this CC fraud.

I paid my gralets to get a upgrade and now my account went poof! Unixmad has not contacted me about re-upgrading. I would like to re-upgrade insted of just haveing it go dead and neve be used again.

This account was banned from 2001 for a reason that I don't know of.

So now all I can do is watch post screen shots of how fun it is while I have to sit back and be screwed over.

Anyone have an account they would share with me, Ramsey? Hell' I'll even work on it to get monies!

As long as it would take for pay pal to get the check, transfer the money into your account, and transfer the money from your account to Unixmad
