imm banned and my mom used her credit card and i just re-upgraded this account but need to unban this account

I really think if someone is using fake credit card numbers the person should be banned or good and not allowed to re upgrade. Because if you think about it, they just got to play for free then Unixmad and Stefan finally realize they are using a fake credit card number and ban it so they cant get on. Then they say they will upgrade it with a real credit card number. Although this does not apply to all of you because there could be problems.
