I rented a stand
I set the banner to "Always on 2"
I started selling things for 1 or 0 g
Everyone was a crouding around
so I put one up for 700g,
of course whos dumb enough to buy it its DragonX,
I get put in jail and the 700g taken away,
Its out of his own sheer stupidety that he never
waited for the price,

NOW YOU TELL ME

Is this Scamming,
Or not scamming.

But the werid thing is is that loiel just takes my money without asking ME what happened.

It is scamming, you can't deny that, but it should not be illegal... instead of the admins having to investigate things like this and then go and edit accounts, why don't they just fix the market NPC so people can't "scam"?

Actually it's more like gambling for the buyer... you could get free items, or you could lose a lot. :)

No, Alk changed the law after Jap scammed 20K from AcidIce. That is legally defined as scamming now.

And I asked alk and hes said "Staff could only take action if there was a staff witness"

There were no staff and Loriel still takes my money
1)Without talking to me
2) without getting the facts straight
3) Winging DragonX also took Brads money too

The so called "scamming" is illegal? That's stupid, it says the price before you can buy something, so it's your own stupidity, and somebody who cannot comprehend this obviously is only a 2D thinker.
