Uhmm...look at attached pic

you were in a level where that npc was, the npc didnt load at the right time due to lag, you entered this level and the npc finally loaded, but in the wrong level.

Actually I was in that room, and people were pulling/pushing the table around. It was actually pretty funny.

To bad I can't update the level, and Can't jail people for pushing a table around. So I can only watch.

it was fun the table at first Stefan was like "I hope no one gets stuck" so i stood there and got crushed hgehehe
