RC can not set tags. I had someone else set my name with the tag though. I am not in karakaze. Just because I have a tag at the end of my name doesn't mean I am a part of that guild.

I miss being able to set my own name though :(

One thing i made sure to do when i had my Police tag was to not act like a total idiot which i usually run around doing; Its quite simple to do. All it takes is a nice sharp pointed weapon or a tazer that puts a nice shock to your side.
