It's very frustrating... the only way I can contact my members is through the mailing list.

I suggest you get a forum for your website (If you have one) ezBoard is free, but it's pretty... well... crappy. www.ezboard.com

Thanks for the links. We use our board all the time for news, messages etc. I understand how busy it must be to be guild admin but I do hope it gets fixed soon.

The message board isn't evmen remotely involved with the Guild Admin or guild staff.The website hosts and such (like Unimaxed and Stefan) control this.
