a bit of a problem

whenver i make a level and try to play it it alwayz freezes right after I press play and all the buttons turn solidgray

whats wrong? plz answer

we already answered in the PW section check back.... um we already said restart ur comp... Try to redownload graal:o That will fix it unless it is a bug bettwen ur comp and graal
