Project Saelei.
 

Here is the race me and Tyhm were working on, this is just a brief explanation on how to make the Saelei potion, to be able to play as the Saelei race.

Saelei Hunting - Star sprites float around in random places of graal, you must catch them with a special net or something, when caught you will receive one Saelei wing (one wing for each sprite caught, can only hold 10 wings max).

Potion - Go and speak to the witch doctor, she/he will make, with the contents needed, a special Saelei potion, which allows you to be a Saelei for a max of one hour.

Poison fumes - You must buy or earn a poison detector, with this detector you can detect poison fumes in random places of the server. You can then bottle the fumes, and take it to the witch doctor.

Witch doctor - once given the contents needed to make the potion, the witch doctor will ask you to return in one graalian day, to collect the potion she/he will make for you. This will cost 250g, per potion made.

Attached to this thread are some Graphics and Ganis for the Saelei, anyone who would like to help, please feel free. I'll post a list of the things we need soon.

Saelei wing graphic
Poison fumes
Poison detector
Saelei net (for catching the little star sprites so you are able to collect Saelei wings)
Will also need the following ganis -
Star sprite ganis (I'll make these)
poison detecting ganis (just the graalian guy waling around with the detector is his hands, as well as ganis for when detected some poison fumes)
catching star sprite ganis (simple enough)

If anyone has any better ideas, feel free to share them. :)

Saelei can fly right? can they be able to fly over anything? that would be kinda neat, but I would have to be controled in some way....

Assuming SaRiA posted the version I made, they can fly over everything except the values specified in the array at the beginning of the file. I've preset it to the tops of all the walls I could think of.

If i were to do this, Id rather wait for the new scripting engine, seeing as how it will be more efficient and we can all use Function arguments *goody goody!*
