an option for Lazy people...
 
Okay, what about on the pm box when your sending a pm to someone it could have an options called quick type or somthing like that. And it would be a text file, in the text file you write the most common responses you send, say if your a staff and you say am truly, very very sorry for the inconvenence but we are not exepting anymore staff at the moment, please try again later. that could be in the text file and you cick on the quick type button and it has a list of your comments in the text, what do u think?? this would work well for staff when 100 players as them the same question :-) or mabe just on RC that would rock!

Even better, let's just make newbie words automatically replaced with the not-so-newbie version of them... ex: u, r, b, plz, pls, thx, ur, ne1....

*goes to barf from having to type that crap*
