People have been losing everything, and I do not want to be one of these people, so I was wondering, if I keep a log (Which I do) of all my stuff, and if I get hacked, will I be able to get all my stuff back that I worked hard for?

Then you could add alot of the stuff to the log that you've never had?

I would keep it up to date with an Admin, he would check my items daily to make sure I've had them.

That would make more work for admins. More and more people will start doing it and the admins dont have time for that.

Slag wont be banned from Graal.

if i were a staff member and someone showed me a screenshot of their NPCs, i'd give the ones that were hacked/taken from them back.

Logs can be faked too,
sometimes admins belive you

you would have your profile window open, but that could be worked around too
