Death of Krynn..Thanx GodSpeed.
 

Well to any of you who wanted Krynn to come up Im sorry its stopping. No more Krynn. ToT went down and Cohn gave me his island he made for ToT it took me very long to add it to Krynn I put it right in the middle. Now all these days/weeks/months later ToT comes back and I can't use the island says the owner who is using the overworld. So I can't just replace the island with new levels. I would like to thank GodSpeed for making this possible. It put my heart and soul into that server and now it is just a memory.

No, GodSpeed can't do that, know why? Because Cohn made those levels, therefore Cohn controls those levels, therefore GodSpeed can no longer use those levels. Be the strong one...GodSpeed is nothing but a brown noser, he has no power himself...only the power of others.

Sorry, Godspeed cannot tell you you cannot use those levels because when he gave up ToT he gave up all the rights he had to Cohn's levels and since Cohn gave them to you, they are now yours and he has no say over it.

But...Could Cohn take the island back? He said "I don't want to go against GS" or something in that sort.

Yes! Screw that other server, Krynn looks so promising with the new items thing (dont know specific name) and everything that I've seen!

Cohn agreed to having his levels on Dynakiah, and even said its a good idea, and offerd to help.

So how could he not want us to use his levels when hes happy with this project, and you think he would have said something like this? He mentioned nothing to me about this.

He gives them to you to use on your server, keyword here is yours. Which is what they are now, when a server goes up there are not little sections of what's who's levels and such, it's a whole thing owned by the owner.

But im asking could he take them back after giving them too me?

did you say "these levels are yours now" or something to that effect? if he gave away those levels and you are the sole owner, he cannot take them back unless you give them back.

He is right. Remember, the reviews go through psyker, crono and james, so godspeed cannot fail it for having the levels online because they don't really belong to his playerworld once the maker has given them to another.

So is this a race to get the server up first?

i wouldn't worry. godspeed should be so busy doing this playerworld stuff that he *loves doing, and thinks he does so well* as well as graal2001, tot is going to take forever to get up.

the argument is whether or not there is one of two situations

1. Cohn allowed you to use the levels, but didn't give you the levels

2. Cohn gave you the levels, which you are free to use however you like

But I don't want to make Cohn mad... =(
