Let's see..
Level has NOTHING on it... try adding stuff

House is TOO big for a house that doesn't use more then 15 tiles.. try making it smaller

House itself looks ugly just remake it..

It just doesn't work well at all. The side view makes it look far too large and far too out of place, and has a few tile errors around. Perhaps with a nice level around it, a smaller frame, and a bit better tiling on the actual house, it'd look better, but as is, it just doesn't fit in at all. Points for originality at least.

Unlike some of these other cold heartless basterds, I am going to give some advice other than OMGF GET IT AWAY

Try making it face down instead it may look a little better.
It looks like a cool idea try one solid roof (like the one from chimney house only big enough to fit and tiled to different elevations or something) then use what you have for the walls only smaller, and definetly make the doorway smaller. And of course remember that level detail can commonly make the house look better.

Overall Id say you have a good idea and keep at it.

okay by request heres a picture of the house (which i could improve but i did it rushed)

It's still WAY too large... Also, I know it's supposed to be a log cabin, but perhaps you should throw a bit more tile detail, or at least minor changes, within it, 'cos it still looks rather ugly :(

try adding some detail to the roof, and on the grass... it will make it more cozy ;)

Also, try adding some graphic's suck as a pile of little logs, or a light outside, some charis around a fire...stuff like that

Poogle I'm making you some personal gfx for the logs and for a slanted roof right now. Should be done in 1 hour or so.
