DNS and rc
urm, i wondering, if there was anyway to use a dns to make your ip static, so that i can connect to rc, and actually have an ip range, rather than just have *.*.*.* if anyone can help me with dns, and how to use it to connect to rc with a static ip, then post here, or aim me:-

Unless your are going through something like a router, in which case your ip can be made static, it will depend on your isp. Some assign dynamic IPs, and others assign static. Contact your isp if you need a static ip, they might give you one.

Dynamic DNS routing to your IP. A static domain for a dynamic IP. It gives me an IP range. |
