Ftp/pearl
 

I was wondering if someone could help me set up something in pearl. It is considered more of FTP and such and I do not have much knowledge of stuff like this so please if you are interested aim me @ ShadDr3. Once it's done you will get repayed somehow.;)

Indeed it is perl, e-mail me, if you are looking for using some kind of ftp connect, one use php. ;). and also if you want to connect to the ftp for a graal server, better start kissing up, cause i made a fully complete guild management system for doomsday a long time ago, and stefan wouldn't allow me to chmod files so they could be edited...so if you want to connect to a ftp server of graal's, good luck. but e-mail me ne way.

Ok:
Perl is a language you can script in to do certain stuff
Perl is much like CGI, but a little different (correct me if i'm wrong, havn't done much perl/CGI)

A coding language most used for internet-coding (like Guestbooks and Stuff), but can also be used for real programs... mostly used on Unix-System if I am not wrong...
but at this point of time PHP takes over Perls place of the web-scripting language number one... bc. PHP is included into the HTML-Files... Perl files are own files with a .pl or .cgi extension

At all Perl is a great interpreter-langugae so it's not compiled ^_^
(No exe-file k?)
