The foundation (snappily referred to by those in the know as "HSGKAA") has one clear aim: The reinstatement of everybody's favourite script monkey moderator to his rightful place as full forum member.

Why? Well, that's a silly question. Really, it is. Don't ask again.

So contact Stefan today and tell him in large capital letters that Kaimetsu should be gifted with an account for all he has done and will do (for example, you could check out the attached work-in-progress minigame) for Graal!

Anybody else get the problem? I've had a few people report something similar, but I've no idea what causes it. Thankfully it seems only to apply to 1% of the populace.

Um, the graphics not loading is because of the way the new Graal is programmed. Close Graal then open it back up to see the graphics.

everyone on graal has payed their own money to play this game, i dont really think stefan would give him an account

im not saying he doesnt deserve it or anything, its just a fact that you need to think of

Most people on Graal don't contribute as I have. Metris alone should win me an account, not to mention my tireless moderation efforts.

Besides, not everybody has paid for their accounts. PW staff effectively get free ones, and that's even for jobs like GP, which hardly contribute much to universal happiness.

I enjoy your game (Metris) more than anything loriel and birdbird have put onto the server. I don't play it often, though.

The staff accounts only work on the servers they have staff power on.

I have nothing against you getting an account Kaimetsu. and i say if you want it, Go for it :D I support you. but 1 simple fact remains taht you are doing volenteer work and thereby deserve nothing, sad isnt it? even if you recoded graal.exe and made it more efficient. you still deserve nothing =\. But im behind you :D

Well, deserving it is a different matter to having a right to it. I don't claim that Stefan HAS to give me an account, but I'm offering my services as scripter as means of pay. It all revolves around how much of a nice guy Stefan wants to be, and how much he fears the ninja monkey army at my disposal.

Have you checked on those ninja monkeys lately? Last I heard some demons got into a fight with them.

They'll be alright, these are elite ninja script monkeys y'know. Kai was just being modest, not saying what they really are. ;)

Your talents eceed mine aswell as well over 99.999% of the graalian scripter population. Stefan should atleast give you a staff account on 2k1 r sumthing. so you can atleast post here with a legit account :-\

Kami, for the next release dont put the grafics and sounds in seperate folders, the grafics wouldn't show until I put them in the same folder as the level

That was rather an unfortunate incident, yeah. It was something of a misunderstanding. Y'see, I had in my foolishness thought that my monkeys and Grim Squeaker's rats could share the same dungeon - after all, dungeon space is expensive these days. Unfortunately we neglected to give them any food, and so there was a little disagreement over which species should lay down its life to nourish the other. Eventually we stepped in and managed to quell the skirmish, but it's embarrassing nonetheless :(

I get the Start Game and readme and such, but after I go to start game, it says Score: 0 and it just sits there... So I have to press F4 to unfreeze the NPC. Oh yeah now I scroll down and read the solution. :/ Yay me. :o



Just a quick question, why is Shadow Knight (RC) ? For scripting? Kaimetsu should have that job. :)

Put some planets in there, because "drunk astronauts" (like myself) tend to... Ahh... Go a bit crazy with speed. :D OR! You could make it multiplayer and have these "drunk astronauts" (again, like myself) crash into other people. Mwahahahah.... Twisted Metal in space!
Don't forget some type of nuclear bomb that will make little green and blue aliens come and attach onto your ship so you can't see!
Er I'm running out of ideas now. :(

Err, I mean, i'm all for Kaimey getting an account upgrade. :)

The 3D thing has now been claimed for a PW, and yes, they seem to want me to make it multiplayer. Darned sadistic slave-drivers...

And Cleofis, thank you so very much for your support, but it comes about a month late. As you can see, my account has by now been restored to its full fighting form, and, because I used subliminal messages to persuade Stefan, I didn't even need to use all this money raised by the foundation. Time for a donut-buying spree, methinks.
