I seriously need help! Please read!

I have a cable modem and my cable company recently Switched their data bases. Ever since I havent been able to connect to graals server. I cant even connect onto the graal website. This is a problem because I paid for an account. I should be able to get my money's worth. Do you know why I am this problem? Please contact me as soon as possible. Thanks

No, I can go on other websites, Just not graal. Im lucky enough my dad is letting me use his computer to get some help. But i have to go in 10 mins, After that, this may be my last time on untill someone helps me, Please e-mail me if you can help at [email protected]

open up a dos console
type
tracert europa2.legende.net

PM the results and your problem to Stefan.

If your home computer has any programs which stop acces to certain types of sites meant for adults, it might be caused by that, at least I've heard from people that there are some of those programs which block Graal.

Same thing happened with my grandparents' cable modem internet service, except they couldn't view any websites. They waited about a week and they could go to websites again.

I dont have any adult site blockers and i havent been able to log on since 4 days after christmas

How do i do this? and I dont have graal on this computer. Please e-mail the directions of doing that to [email protected] because I am not very good with computers

Open up DOS prompt and type in what Icehawk said. Then, take note of what comes up, and email it to stefan.

what is DOS prompt though? where do i open it?
