Tile set is messing up on you. Mine has been doing the exact same thing..but with different tiles.

Using my scientific brain, I have come to but one conclusion. My theory and final hypothesis is that the attachment that you so hardly think of, is none other than... A Graal screenshot taken with the alt+2 command.

clear this folder of every txt to TRY to fix it:

graal2001\levels\tiledefs\

Save all ur swords and shield files (and more if u want)
And reinstale Graal.

[added] also.. try deleting the gif or png used for those tiles (figure out which one it is :p) so that it downloads correctly. You might also want to wipe your webgifs folder too.

It look like a bug in the pics1 file in ur main foler...

That's why i say save ur sword + shield folers.
And reinstal Graal...
It will fix it anyway :D
