I do.. nobody wants to pay more then 30-40g (all them new houses they added to g2k1 didn't help me either) Also I don't play graal much.. I just go on to pay rent. All my money is gone :(

No its a good house and low rent. I paid 5k along time ago, I am selling for no less then 6.5k.. if no one buys it I guess I keep it :)
