headsconfig.txt, if you really care.
But you cannot choose it for playing, you need to have a script set player attributes.
And this is not the best forum to post this.

oh... and 1 more thing: i know how to change the head but how do i change the race if i can??

No other race except Bomy and Human, and if you want Bomy/Human, you'll have to reset your account and lose any items/money on your account.

nope, no need to pay again, you just need to find someone with RC to reset your account for you.
