how to make those images on top

Anybody got a snippet of code for showing and changing an image displayed above everything else. Like the clothes changer or metris. I wanna try and script something withit but I can't figure out what to use to make it work.

showimg index,imagename,screenx,screeny;
changeimgvis index,4;

Then you can display things over everything else, you can also use values higher then 4 for that.
