New P2P Server With FUN(Not Noobish)
 

Hello, People.
For quite some time now, I have been managing a P2P playerworld(not online yet) with many quests, jobs, and other interactive things to do. I have MANY original ideas and I hope they are pulled through to be successful and the playerworld goes online. Since I have basically did everything on my own, I think it is time to hire staff. All positions are being hired. Here's a reference of what staff positions do what, since I have changed them a bit:

Level Designer- Make Levels

Scripter- Scripts NPCs

Graphics Team- Makes GFX, GANIs, Sounds, and House designs(if you are good at any of the following GFX, you can be GFX team)

Police- Moderates the playerworld to be a nicer place(since this position is basically power, it is NOT being hired at this time)

Help- Same As FAQ. Answer Questions about graal and the playerworld(Not being hired yet)

Administrator- Helps in anyway possible, and does his or her job well

Game Master- Same as Administrator, but higher.

Events Team- Holds games and events to keep players entertained(Not being hired Yet)

Hey Nishoku, how do they come to you if they have never heard of your server idiot? :rolleyes:

You advertise. You advertise to the extent just to where you are not asking them. You do the work to get your server began and they will come. (Like liquid said)

Then you both are stupid, why do a shitload of work yourself, when you can present an idea for a server to people and perhaps get help? Why is doing it the hard way the "right" way?

You expressed 100% laziness in that statement. And you yourself are a LAT and you should be ashamed. First off advertising your server on the forums not only makes you look like a newbie, but a complete idiot. And server owners should show their staff their dedication to their server to encourage the staff to work harder. If the server owner is never on and doesnt talk to the staff frequently the staff will become lazy (Like you) and slack off on their work.:rolleyes:

Not everyone can make graphics, script, and make levels at the same time you *****. You can't either, so if you only make levels, and can't make graphics or npcs, what is the point in "finishing" the server and waiting for them to come to you? That would be like "starting a resturaunt business without advertising, only "hoping" that people come to eat there." You are truely so full of yourself.

Why do you quote words I did not say? "finishing" . I'm simply stating that if you build something to show off, that would encourage others to join that would be the key thing to do. And I've noticed you've used insulting comments twise in your posts against me. Does it make you feel big and bad, if you call me a ***** , or a idiot? It simply shows your "100% Idocy.
