there are 6 new playerhouses

Each old playerhouse location will be replaced with a neighborhood/community like this one.

Each neighborhood has anywhere from 6 to 10 houses or so, and the housing system is much different.. The old houses will be removed soon, and by the end of the week, I hope to have all the old houses gone and the new houses up.. the new houses will cost less to rent (a bit more then most room renters pay to rent in a current playerhouse) depending on the area of the house, etc.

The houses will have many features, such as lights coming on outside when you turn them on inside, and smoke coming out the chimney when you have a fire going. There will also be benefits to house owners with small jobs to do (don't want to give it away just yet) and maybe other things like owning a house pet, or special things for holiday celebrations. :)

Oh and by the way, the new area isn't finished.. I still need to go over it and fix it up a bit. :cool:

Yeah, while you may be informing, i am really sick of seeing 202398474 posts a day by sac saying nothing but things that we can find out on graal.

whats gonna happen to the current ph house owners?are they gonna get some money?

I hope I can put my ph in that area because i've been working for weeks trying to find a location for my house, and it is in that area... My house, hopefully, will be located in the forest above where the enterance to Graal-O-Ween is or used to be... Bah each time I think of new stuff to put in player houses, Konidias always makes it first, lol. I wanted to put market places, controlable lights, sparring rooms, farming area, decorations for the different times of year (christmas, halloween, easter, new years, my birthday ^_^) and other things in my house, lol... *ponders* I've got to think of something new and original to put in my house now... I hope i think of something before you guys do, lol. Oh yeah, Happy New Year! (thats in 30 mins for me here).

are they serpate houses? don't make it were you can rent out rooms and stuff, i want a house all to myself. so i can stash my stuff and not worry about anything and just chill and not worry about pkers

Hah! My PH was the best, back in the day. Back when I used to play graal2001, my PH had a personel spar arena, personel tailor, greatest security of all time, greatest rented rooms...ah, that was the good ol' days...

Then Stefan found out about my money and ap cheat somehow...I must've gotten 10k out of that money cheat, then I was storing about 20k in my ultimate treasury (this thing was completely staff proof and everything).

Thats when everything went downhill ;(

Yes, seperate houses, you can give out 5 keys, but the inside level is just one room and one level. I will be adding the new areas all this week.. birdbird says he is working on a nice playerhouse area inside his underwater cave (personalhouse6) so we will have a nice underground area as well. :)

today jap won his own survivor game and made everyone give em some money at least thats how i heard it

i think who ever owned the house in that area should get first choice of the new houses

ah, another question. will we have to pay that bothersome rent or just a 1 time payment? maybe you could have mortgage or something. i think paying rent is kind of dumb though

It has to be rented.. a one time payment means you own that house FOREVER.. and it isn't fair to others if you go buy a house and never play g2k1 again.

However, I will set it up so you can pay as much rent as you want, and the rent ammount is subtracted each week. Meaning, if your rent was 150 a week, you could put 300 into your rent, and it would cover it for 2 weeks, put in 600 and it cover it for 4 weeks, etc. :)
