I don't know anyone named ToT... I saw the Scroll Idea and made my own.

Just because they look alike doesn't mean they were made by the same person, they aren't all together hard (the showing of the arrows, bombs, ext) just a bunch of showimg @text, changeimgvis, changeimgpart, and for showing the values of the arrows and bombs its something like:
showimg 16,@Server@b@#v(playerdarts),(screenwidth-545),190;
for an example
