there is a good reason why he has p2p... it is to help pay for the servers and stuff...

see and I dont know how old you are but you could be like 13 and not able to get a job... It is always nice to have money on you when you goto places and want to do things insted of just site infront of a computer all day.

I would fire the entire staff. Then I would restructure all positions and hire a new staff. I would re-hire all the staff that I thought did a good job.

I would basically do exactly what Stefan does now, but pick very good and experienced staff.
