ok long sotry short,
as i said in my post about the Moukou Rebellion,
Saionji committed seppukku,
honorable suicide,
so heres my latest character,

Kousotsu Kame

Armored Warrior Turtle lol,
literally,
anyway i havent really made any details about the backround,
other then he had a relevation with a big sea turtle,
woke up and found beautiful, strogna rmor made of turtle shell,
heres the concept art,
its in blakc and white,
and so far only has the helemt, chest plate, shoulder plates, and those plates that hang from the waist..

Ninji Turtles! Hehe

He is not a ninja turtle,
actually my first idea was a kinda turtle huiman type hting,
then i remembered there were already ninja turtles,
lol the way i decided how his helmt would look,
i was kinda trying to remember what shredder looked like,
and adding stuff
