I was wondering, is there a way to make an NPC say a toall offline and it show on the mini-map?

No, I was wanting to test something. I was doing a test to see how the text would look with a certain amount of spaces to make it look funny, setplayerprop #c, Loading...
but I can't get an NPC to do so.

uhm...offline yes...just emulate toalls. There's no script commands for catching toalls though.

I know, but how do I get it to show up and click on it and make it appear? so far my script is:
message toall: Loading;
and that is it, but nothing appears...
