Help, accounts team

I can't get on Graal because I'm banned until I change my pass, but my account e-mail is [email protected], which I can't access due to my being banned.
And Loriel is being difficult.

How did you guys get is "fixed" because I'm having the same problem, I just want to update my account if its not payed for, but NO ONE is answering my emails or PMs.
