Hmm... Angelfire will let you hotlink .gif files methinks....
But you'd best try netfirms.

Try getting a site there, that seems to work for me at the moment.
You'll need an ftp program to upload to them though.

Well heres mine. But payatention to it, it only happens once per load / refresh of the page, so ya might just be hitting that refresh key alot...
