I might be stupid but wouldn't it be easier if you had less different types of teams? For example GAT would also include the making of heads, swords and shields.

I'm going to work on writing up/setting up the foundation for this idea today. There will need to be some things figured out among the staff before I can actually take action here. For one thing, to be truly RP, I believe the staff need to blend in to the point where most of them, (besides the GPs and FAQs) are almost unrecognizable as such. That probably sounds weird now, but it will make more sense when you've heard the plan...
