New Select Server Screen
 

Instead of having just that list, you could have its own level that you walk around in, like crash bandicoot or something. That way, there is room for bigger descriptions.

Like an online training center for all servers.
But, there should also be an option to disable this and allow for the normal server screen.

Maybe not the best idea, but its worth a thought i think.

i dont care, its his opinion, and i respect it. He is right about all of them though, it probably would lag.

It'd have waaay too many people on it, and let's not forget the dangers of ghost quotas...

What WOULD be nice though is setserver port,level,x,y,bitflags;
where bitflags are like
1 - preserve images+colors (sword/shield/head/body, powered swords (like sword1.png) don't transfer of course, system NPCs unset disabled heads on their servers)
2 - ? I'm sure I'd think of something

That way you could take the Quadra-Graal Drive from Classic to any server, and be the same "player", not have to set your head and body colors and junk...still have to get the sword and shield and stuff, unless you get to keep them as a token (see another thread I forgot the name of-each server sets a single all-server flag on your account when you beat the hardest quest, other servers decide what it's good for-so beating everything in Classic might let you start out with the blood axe on Delteria or whatever, at the target server's owner's discretion)

What WOULD be nice for the server select screen would be that the server selects could be movable
Like I could put all the servers in any slots, it would make it much more sufficent for people who play on a few servers

Yes like p2p in 1 column, non in another, and favoritesin another! this would take up that space @ teh screen that needs to be taken up!

also on the portal thing...if osmeone hacked the portal part then no one owuld be able to get on graal for a while rather than 1 ftp down and server erase....

even if they hacked this they would know the info on the other servers so hacking the other list would be a sinch

Tell me why would you even want this?

Personally, I wouldn't. But what could be done is have it so that the level with the server info. etc, downloads onto your computer so that you are the only one on it when you start graal. Basically, it would just be turning the server-select screen into a graal level. (pointless)
