ever since the time when the trial version of graal came out,when you can see how much time is on your account, i cant see heads on my map or playerlist ive tried everything can som1 please help

could be several things... who knows
run your graal setup.exe to get the latest version, see if that helps
if not
go to www.windowsupdate.com and see if you can find any updates for your videocard or directx
get the latest versions :D

how can u update your video card by downlaoding?

could that solve the problem of my light effects having black blobs behind them

well, i mean the drivers for the videocard.

And yes you should try it, it might help you. What type of videocard do you have anyway?
