I'm starting a poll on who thinks the avatar and rank changes should be lowed.

I think they should stay as they are.

Avatar should stay the same (500) and Title should be a little less..maybe 800.

I dont like a high count, because it encourages spam. Instead of post count, you should earn your avatar/title by how long you have been posting on the board. Maybe a few months after you get an account.

definitely lower them.

I think the avatars should not require a limit but personal rank should be like 300 or more..

Most people want to lower them at least a bit, and those who don't, well, they have an avatar and thier own rank already =P

I dont see why you can't edit your avatar/title from the moment you buy the account. Big deal if you have a small image and title next to your posts. If it is abused, those powers can be taken from you. But I do not see why you have to "earn" such a privelage.

Maybe it's because some people won't accumulate 500/1000 posts for several months, and it's Graal's way of providing yet another incentive to upgrade your account longer. Who knows. At any rate, I agree with everyone, you should be able to change your rank and avatar the moment you register.
