It wasn't a pm, it was an IM on AIM.

It's just a picture of an eye. I looked at the source, and there were alot of stupid tables(made automatically by the *** page editor).

I've coded HTML, Pearl, and CGI/PHP related things for about a year and a half now, and I noticed nothing strange about it (Viewed Source). Just a bunch of tables that worked the banners, etc.
