Okay when i download the new version(2.1) and start it up it will freeze,without it I cant play most servers. What do i do?:confused:

Please report me what graphics card etc. you have.
Have you tried to disable direct3D in the Graal
options?

I have expected that some people have problems
with the new version because the whole graphics engine
has been changed, but so far not many people
reported problems. We still take those problems
serious, report them and we will fix them.

Um...I have no clue x_x but i know its not a very good one, i have a OLD computer with a 28.8 k so that might help..

I am having troubles to. I download it and try and run the setup but nothign happens.

The modem doesn't freeze Graal,
I need the graphics card, windows version,
and please check if direct3d is disabled, because
some cards say they can do direct3d but only
do it very slow or make problems

my light effects dont work
but they nevar did so :o

well ur windows version u should know
98 or 95 probably
to check directX u need to go into the graal options (f1 with graal opened) and look for a box that says "dont use direct x"
graphics card i have no clue but if your com is old it might be u only have a video card.

Unfortunately, you do have a graphics card.

I'd post about bugs, but I haven't trusted graal's stability for a long time, seeing that it's the only program to bring down my Win2K systems ever.

And i was getting my hopes up that i didnt have one,oh well e_e How can i find info on it?

I think, that you can find that out by opening the Control Panel, opening System, and then going to Device Manager.

Next click on the plus beside Display Adapters, I think it then shows your video card thing.

I have a problem, when I use Direct3d I cannot see Text on levels with lighting effects, maybe it would be wise to be able to choose between DirectDraw (I beleve that was the earlier lighting system) or Direct3d?

I can now see lighting effects with my voodoo card. coolness.

it is much slower than it should be but it's not that bad. If I wanna play faster I'll disable it..
