I thought my eyes had deceived me at first so I retarted my computer and signed back on to relize something horrible... here just look at the pic

What is so special about Lycia being online? She is a player, if you don't like her you'll just need to deal with it I guess. She is one of the most hated Graal players and you don't see her going anyhere :) Personally she is my friend.

You should be able to use MSPaint, it can save in other formats.

Or you can use one of my personal favorites, Paint Shop Pro, or G_Yoshi's favorite, NeoPaint
