My Opinion On PlayerWorlds...
 

There is problems with the existing PWs. They get more boring as time goes on. They never add anything new, original, or exciting anymore. Especially the non-P2P servers. They need more events and such to keep us graalians happy. All the P2P servers are doing a good job to keep us entertained except Frolic(Haven't seen an update for a LOOOOONG time) WE NEED MORE P2P! I am currently working a PW which will be P2P and it will have many things to keep players busy.(Not including quests) Whether you think this or not, if it wasn't for P2P, Graal wouldn't exist. It's the only thing that keeps players excited.

I kind of found what you said a paradox Kyle, because if you look at new main all it is IS jobs and working. Milk cows and apples and mining to make monies, then buy stuff. End. Repeat x500

Andor's PW description pretty much speaks for itself. A server where you do a job. Now... if it's like real life AND you can get promoted and stuff, that would be really cool. Because then you could one day become president of your current job or something

Providence is role-playing, it's fun because there is something to do besides the jobs. You can do your job to get better wapons and other nice NPC's

Divided Kingdoms was doing pretty good until it's levels were destroyed

Doragen Koden is fun, I always go on there every once in a while to check out the neat new NPC's and gani's and stuff, I am really looking forward to it when it the role-playing begins

HaHa Ok. I haven't seen your sprites but I am adjusting the script to read sprites instead of gani's. After that I just change the sprites.gif to your sprites GFX name...

I say people should quit trying to create new playerworlds and should instead help better Classic (has all that UW and moon space, plus nooks and crannies of overworld...also never forget islands) and 2001 (the Forest of Red Trees could be developed, and there's a lot of water for islands).

I like that idea of getting promoted for certain jobs and such. You could start a Goverment and have them control the different jobs much like ETs control their events. This would perk graal up some if done correctly:D

Well I dislike Classic very much. Too much lag and it's broing as hell. The only reason it stands its ground as a PW is to preserve it's history.... New PlayerWorlds Encourage more fun and such. But I think the PWs that aren't doing to well should be tooken offline until they actually put work into there world before re-sending it in to be official.

if my server comes out its going to have alot of that

jobs are created by yourself

you can do easy jobs for food and money such as hunting and stealing etc. But you can get promoted in guilds that you create yourself and such. Like a group of bandits could start and if it gets big enough it can be a real official guild on the server and maybe a cave or something could be put up. If you work hard enough you get promoted and you become and experienced bandit and do bigger things such as killing everyone in a bank...etc.

Well, we need scripters BADLY. Almost all of the staff so far are gfx makers. And a few level makers.

Yes I know P2P servers don't have lots of levels and stuff but the ones that do are the best. I'd make a perfect PW Manager... Because I am not afraid to tell the PW owners what I think of there PW.. see watch this...

I concur with this statement. Gah...I waited to long to post here, but I'm still gonna get my 2 cents in anyways...

Why do you think that whether a server is P2P or not has anything to do with how often it gets updated, and the quality of the scripting and level design and such? Or fun value either for that matter...It has to do with the content which is created by the staff, it has nothing to do with whether or not we get to use gani's or npc server..

I totally agree. Hopefully, as I have Sidra now it will have many quests, mini-games, lots of updates, no corruptness, etc

But i doubt it
